Royalty Rentals E-commerce Platform

Online Store Upgrade

This project was a learning experience in building a Next.js website that would need E-commerce functionality. For this one we made use of the customers already existing Wordpress site as a headless CMS and Next.js for the frontend. We also used Stripe for payment processing and Tailwind CSS for styling. The project was a far and above a huge upgrade over their old site and the customer has been happy with the results.

Route Planner SaaS

a SaaS built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Neon Postges, and Auth.js

This was definitely a fun project, and we learned a lot. Several iterations, changing of most of the technologies, and a lot of learning. We built this for Route Planner, to provide service based business owners with a way to plan routes for their drivers. We built this with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Neon Postges, and Auth.js. We also used Vercel for the hosting.

Stealth Batteries

Ecommerce site for a local business

Probably my best work to date, this was a fun one. It helped to have a well made design to work from that the client already had. We built this for a client who needed a website for their new business. I also learned how to integrate our Next.js sites with UPS for rate calculations. We used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Payload for the CMS. We also used Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for the hosting. This was a great learning experience and I'm proud of the results. It just launched so there's still work to do on it!

Digital Rampart

My own personal project

I used this site to test out different techniques and try new things, this site is where I tested out making a custom blog system. I also connected it to a set of AI agents to help me with the content, but ultimately decided on using a more powerful desktop version of the same AI agents that I also built. I used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and a custom CMS backend using Next.js as well. I also used Vercel for the hosting. It's also something where I wanted to learn more in depth about SEO and Next.js, and to generate passive income through affiliate marketing once the site gains more of a presence. That's of course, still work in progress!

Sister Project to Digital Rampart

This site is a fork of Digital Rampart, I just updated all the things that needed to be unique about it, otherwise it's pretty much the same it just is meant to post articles about a different niche. While I am not as consistent with creating articles for it, it's a shame that it hasn't gotten similar attention as it's sister site, because I rather like the overall asthetic of this one!

Present A Plaque E-commerce Platform

E-commerce using purely Wordpress

One of the first fully, solo builds I did, and it shows a little! This client had a site that probably hadn't been updated in at least 10-15 yearsso this was still an upgrade! We used Wordpress with WooCommerce and Divi for the theme

Mister Brisket E-commerce Platform

E-commerce using purely Wordpress

This was a fun one, the client had a site that was built years ago and was using a custom theme. We used Wordpress with WooCommerce and Divi for the new theme. This was built right after Present A Plaque but was launched right before we started making our sites using Next.js. This was a great learning experience though.

Bronde Blvd Salon Website

Our first Next.js site

For our first Next.js site, we built a site for a local salon. We used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Wordpress for the CMS. This was a great learning experience as the client just wanted their existing site to be hosted on a new platform, since it was built using a specific platform, we had to rebuild it. This gave us the opportunity to learn how to use Next.js and Tailwind CSS and how to use Wordpress as a headless CMS. Every so often we add some new features we learn to the site. This customer saw a dramatic increase in site traffic and bookings after the site was launched and we started their blog going as well.

Hildees Tees E-commerce Platform

Custom built E-commerce platform for Custom Tees!

This client needed a website for selling their custom tees when they aren't at Rodeos. I forked the Royalty Rentals site I built and added new features to it, currently I'm working on adding the ability to add inventory using a scanner and to sync the inventory in WooCommerce to Square's inventory levels. We used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Wordpress for the CMS. We also used Square for payment processing and Vercel for the hosting.

While this one wasn't me alone, I helped to push it past the finish line by cleaning up styles, adding metadata to enhance SEO, integrated Google Ads conversions, and adding a few new features. We used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and a custom backend using Next.js as well. We also used Vercel for the hosting.

We used Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and a custom backend using Next.js as well. I am currently handling the blog postings using the custom backend and blog system we built for this client. We also used Vercel for the hosting.
